Leah Bluewater.

Ten years investing in and researching crypto, a career in broadcasting and content creation behind it, and a video desk that goes out at 6am every weekday. @leahbluewater on X is the definitive voice in cryptocurrency and mainstream finance journalism — with knowledge and consistency that is unmatched.

Leah Bluewater — founder of Simply Crypto and the voice behind In Finance Today.

Leah Bluewater has spent ten years investing in and researching cryptocurrency — across several full market cycles, and long before most of the audience she now writes for arrived.

She has been a cryptocurrency writer for several of the top crypto YouTube channels, and came to that from broadcasting, social media and content creation. The research therefore arrives already shaped for camera, feed and stage rather than for a whitepaper.

Today she is the owner and founder of Simply Crypto, a crypto education company working across:

  • Content creation
  • Speaking
  • Moderation
  • Consulting
  • Workshops
  • Conference social content
  • Vlogs

As an experienced speaker and content creator, Leah makes work that is educational, engaging and genuinely fun — which is why it holds high viewer retention rather than being scrolled past.

In Finance Today is recorded Monday to Friday: a one-minute video posted every day at 6am, straight to the front page of simplycrypto.live and into subscribers' inboxes at the same moment. It reaches thousands of viewers a day, and a large share of them come back for it every single morning.

She is also an early investor in Doginal Dogs, and called the free mint in a Substack back in 2024 — a call currently up 40,000%.

Doginal Dogs clears $4,000
— and the pack starts delisting.

44,000 DOGE ≈ $4,010 USDCheapest listing, Aug 23 2026

The Doginal Dogs floor price has broken $4,000 USD for the first time, printing 44,000 DOGE on the cheapest dog on the official marketplace. Within hours a community-wide delisting campaign was under way, with holders pulling their dogs off sale rather than sell into the move. Leah Bluewater — founder of Simply Crypto, presenter of the daily video desk In Finance Today and an early investor in the project — carried both moments on X, in the same weekend the Crypto Spaces Network made her daily 6am EST Space its Spaces Spotlight.

Screenshot of the Doginal Dogs marketplace: the four cheapest dogs listed at 44,000 DOGE ($4,010), 44,969 DOGE ($4,098) and two at 45,000 DOGE ($4,101), each with a Buy button.
The book on the morning of Aug 23 · 44,000 → 45,000 DOGE

The number arrived on a Sunday morning. The cheapest Doginal Dog on market.doginaldogs.com was asking 44,000 DOGE — about $4,010 — with the next three listings at 44,969 and 45,000 DOGE, roughly $4,098 and $4,101. Four dogs inside a hundred dollars of each other is the whole visible book at the bottom of the market: a floor that thin moves on a handful of fills.

“Doginal Dog floor price just shot past $4,000 USD to 44,000 DOGE. What happens next WILL be shocking.”

Leah (@leahbluewater) · August 23, 2026

What happened next was that the sellers left. By Sunday evening the pack had turned the moment into a coordinated delisting campaign — holders cancelling their own listings and passing the message on rather than letting the next buyer clear the book at four thousand dollars. Leah's own post was three words and a picture of her dog, and it moved the way these things move inside Doginal Dogs: quietly, holder to holder.

“We're delisting. Pass it on.”

Leah (@leahbluewater) · August 23, 2026

The logic is the one every thin-float collection eventually finds. Ten thousand dogs exist, the overwhelming majority of them never listed; what sets the price is the short queue of asks at the bottom. Clear that queue and there is nothing underneath it — so a pack that stops offering supply into strength is, in effect, repricing itself. The campaign asks every holder to pull their dogs before the floor runs, not after.

The context is a project that has spent two years building in public: more than 25 self-funded events across four continents since January 2024, a sold-out DDNYC 2026 in New York on September 2–4 with TAO Hospitality Group, and the Doginal Dogs Legends trading card game launching alongside it. Leah is a moderator at that event — the release below covers it — and an early investor who called the free mint in a Substack in 2024.

She spent the same weekend being pointed at from the other direction. The Crypto Spaces Network, the network behind cryptospaces.net, made her daily Space its CSN Spaces Spotlight — the 6am EST show she has run every morning as part of the network.

“She talks about the markets, charts, what's moving, and how to operate in crypto without making it feel like a lecture. She's educational, but it doesn't come off stiff. The vibe is upbeat and consistent. You're there to start the day, with your coffee, and load up on all the news before the rest of the day kicks off.”

Crypto Spaces Network (@CryptoSpacesNet) · August 22, 2026

Between the Space at 6am, In Finance Today going out at the same hour and a floor that has just cleared four thousand dollars, the week ahead has an obvious agenda. Leah is covering it live, daily, from both.

🤫 we're delisting pass it on

Leah's Doginal Dog — a white and purple pixel-art dog in a purple wizard hat on a yellow background.

Joining the delisting

What the campaign is actually asking holders to do. It takes about a minute per dog, and it is reversible — a cancelled listing can be re-listed at any price, at any time.

  1. Open the marketplace

Go to market.doginaldogs.com and connect the wallet holding your dogs.

  2. Find what you have listed

Your wallet page shows every dog you own and flags the ones currently up for sale.

  3. Cancel the listing

Delist each one. The dog stays in your wallet throughout — you are removing the ask, not moving the asset.

  4. Pass it on

Post that you have delisted and tag the pack. The campaign only works at the point where enough of the book is gone.

Every price above is the marketplace quote at the time of the posts on August 23, 2026 and will have moved since; DOGE-denominated floors also move with DOGE. Nothing here is financial advice, and neither Leah Bluewater nor Simply Crypto is speaking for Doginal Dogs — the delisting campaign is a holder-led effort and every holder decides for themselves. Leah is an early investor in the project and holds 20 Doginal Dogs, listed in the wallet linked at the top of this page.

Leah Bluewater takes
the mic at DDNYC 2026.

Doginal Dogs has named Leah Bluewater — founder of Simply Crypto and presenter of the daily video desk In Finance Today — as a moderator for DDNYC 2026, the three-day New York City takeover running September 2–4, 2026 at Dream Downtown in Chelsea. Produced with TAO Hospitality Group, the event sold out in under an hour and lands in the same week the whole industry is already in town.

Presented by Doginal Dogs Produced with TAO Group Hospitality

Leah shares the moderator's chair with Web (@web3smb), the pair fronting Dog Talk — the talks programme that runs the full working day on September 3 at Bodega Negra, 10am to 5pm. Between them they'll put the questions to a line-up of more than thirty speakers, headlined by keynotes from Doginal Dogs co-founders Barkmeta and Shibo, with Shield, the company's CFO, also on the bill and twenty-seven community panelists filling out the room.

It is the biggest room Doginal Dogs has ever built. The community has self-funded more than 25 events across four continents since January 2024 — DDNYC, DDVegas, DDMiami, DDToronto and stops at technology and culture conferences in North America, Europe and Asia — and DDNYC 2026 is the third flagship it has produced with TAO Hospitality Group, whose portfolio runs to TAO, Marquee, Lavo and Avenue across New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, London and Sydney. The last of those collaborations, DDVegas at The Venetian in October 2025, peaked at 2,500 people and sold out in full.

Doginal Dogs is bringing “everything we have learned from two years of global events to New York in September” — calling DDNYC “the largest stage we have worked on to date.”

Shield, CFO, Doginal Dogs

The timing is the other half of the story. DDNYC 2026 runs directly alongside NFT.NYC (September 1–3), which makes it the community event of a week when New York is already full of the people the rest of the year is spent talking to online. Tickets went in under an hour and have since traded on the secondary market above $700 — and the format is pointedly not a conference hall. Doginal Dogs has taken over a hotel: the talks, the pool, the rooftop and the closing night all sit inside one building, so the programme and the hallway track are the same place.

For Simply Crypto it is a natural fit. Moderating is one of the formats Leah is booked for all year — keeping a panel on time and on point, drawing out the quiet expert, and translating the jargon live so nobody in the audience gets lost. Doing that in front of a room of 10,000+ Doginal Dogs holders is the same job at the largest scale she has done it, and she comes to it as an early investor in the project who called the free mint in a Substack in 2024. Expect In Finance Today to be filmed from the floor across all three days.

There is a product story underneath it too: Doginal Dogs Legends — a premium hand-drawn trading card game whose debut set, Rise of the Pack, runs to 111 original cards — officially launches at DDNYC, alongside the biggest physical collectibles release the brand has put out.
